🛒 Ordering & Downloading

Q: How do I receive my files after purchase?
Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive a download link via email and on the confirmation page. All files are delivered instantly in a ZIP folder or individual download links.

Q: What file formats do you offer?
Most designs are provided as high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds. Some listings also include SVG files for easy use with Cricut, Silhouette, and other cutting machines. File formats are listed on each product page.

Q: I didn’t receive my files. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don’t see the download link, email us at support@urthnart.com with your order number and we’ll resend it right away.

Q: Can I use these graphics for commercial purposes?
Yes! You may use our designs to create and sell physical products like t-shirts, mugs, prints, and more. However, you may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves. For extended or print-on-demand licensing, please review our License Terms or contact us directly.

Q: Are these files compatible with my design software?
Yes! PNG files work with most graphic design software, including Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, and more. SVGs can be used with Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio.

Q: Can I edit the designs?
You may add text, change colors, or modify the design for personal or commercial use. However, the original artwork remains the intellectual property of UrthnArt.
